I Can't seem to get any HELP or SUPPORT for my problem.
Problem is that a few accounts I used to have years ago, I no longer remember my password for They are:

WHITE-WOLF
BLACK-WOLF
RED-WOLF
GREY-WOLF
-W0LF- (This name contains a zero instead of the letter O)


The current admin online now I have contacted 3 times in as many hours via PM but I have had no reply to my problem, hence why I am posting this into the so called "Help and Support" section......come on CYN ...what do they pay you for?

First of all i do not get paid secondly i am not on 24/7 and as it has been explained before we cannot reset game passwords only forum passwords.

First of all, its not All good, second of all, I realise and appreciate you taking time to address my query, I realise you do not have the ability to reset passwords but there must be away around this issue? I have never been involved with any gaming league until this point, where one can not retrieve a password, sub standard and hopeless, There must be a way to resolve this, not only for me but for future GM Gamers, If you are telling me that there is absolutely no work around way of me being able to use the 5 accounts as mentioned, then I will not pursue this matter further with Kresso

The only way around it is to make five new names and i can transfer points from the five accounts to your five new accounts.
