Before each game players will see the tips.
We should make this tips short and funny.
Please correct my list and suggest yours. (transport and energy are the new names of utilities and extractors)
1. Don’t throw away your cash.
2. Trade and exchange property wisely.
3. Don’t waste your cash – when other players are in debt, you can get good bargains.
4. Don’t let other players get monopoly for a song.
5. Add balance to your property. For instance, expensive monopoly + transport or energy.
6. You’d better get rid of non-profitable property, especially in the second part of the game.
7. Politeness is a/the key to successful trading.
8. Don’t buy everything at one end of the board.
9. Get ready for a collapse – make money not to sell out all property?
10. Make other players fork out while buying monopolies.
11. It’s a good idea to invest money in transport or energy – it brings money in straight away.
12. It’s better when you have enough money to buy not only monopoly, but upgrades as well.
13. Have a different number of players – with different game strategies.
14. Running into debt at the end of the game is not a good idea..
15. Energy and transport are very liquid – it’s easy to sell them or exchange.
16. You can make cash (20%) initiating an auction on the last free zone – your opponents will fight for the cherry on the cake.
17. Avoid unfair auctions or trades (when one party is in a disadvantageous position) – this will be regarded as cheating.
18. When in a hurry, you can mess things up. Take your time.
19. When trading, look for compromise. It’s much more interesting to play with a flexible approach.
21. When you have cash, you can buy a lot for a song.
22. Players with a higher rank have instructive experience.
23. Invite your friends – show them who’s King!
24. Wash your hands before playing.
25. Don’t be rude – you’ll get a fine and spoil the karma.
28. Different kinds of property – different mortgage value.
29. Remember when to stop trading if you don’t want to go broke. |

Since this is for new players, you may want to add that you do not collect on a monopoly set unless you build on it.
When you open a property before recession you are returned to beginning of board (start). After recession, whoever purchases the property goes to beginning of board (start).
This is just so they know what is happening, in my experience they question why they went back to board start position. _________________ CYN

I think the list is too long for new players. It probably needs to be no more than 10-15 points, or else they won't read it at all.

Why not? |

Each tip will be shown for 5 sec. during the loading the game. So before the game player will see 5-6 tips one after another.
As for point 8 i want to say that buying everything indiscriminately is not the best strategy. |

Would better be phrased as "when one party doesn't benefit". |
