As players will now be in part paying to play using the coins system, when a complaint of cheating is made and confirmed by a moderator that indeed cheating did occur, will the the affected remaining players receive a refund of points/coins?

ahhh now thats a good idea. following an american judicial system can we sue people for our points back? i think more than one person should judge a complaint also.

It's a good idea. If cheating is proved to be in the game then the cheaters will be penalized and the others will get their expenses (bets) refunded.

This is a great idea and has been wanted by many for a long time. It will have to be worked out and stipulations put in place as do you just replace all other players points/coins to what they were at beginning of game or how will this be best done.

The main question is the size of the penalties for different kinds of cheating/insults.

I guess also if a cheater won coins from the game those would have to be taken too?

Initial bets will be refunded to players not involved in cheating

And maybe part of cheaters' bets will be distributed between mods who revise the game ))
