in a game right now doboy13 has lost and is letting clock count down all the way really fun!!!!! game time 0904hrs mountain time

I've just searched the forum and checked admin for their other user names. I can't find any previous report on stalling under any of their names.
Therefore 1st warning can only be issued.
It is possible they had some kind of pc problem, or net connection etc.

It has just been reported by saxon that doboy13 did this in his game also just now, stalled the clock down when he was about to go out the game in 2nd place.

This makes this the 2nd report, one more and a ban maybe placed.
