then another thing.... I asked to keep the chat in english, but Half_blood_prince kept on in a different language

I don't think there might be any issues with brown trade
Regarding the chat well thts nt true at start I might hv told smthing in diff language but after funny tell to speak in eng I speak in eng only hardly once or twice I speak in diff language after he request to speak in engish

The trade was at start money: 220 2 brown for 1000. This gave monster a set of brown, and prince cash. Prince whilst owning orange had no cash at that time, and the 1000 was of benefit to him to enable him to attempt to gain a further set, ie reds.

The trade benefited monster as it gave him a set fairly early. Whilst he did own 2 black, 1 remaining unowned on the board. It was his option to decide whether to take brown, and maybe do something with black later. Or hold out for black. He chose to take brown.

So this cannot be classed as a cheat trade as there was benefit to both.



The chat I can find only 1 line of which is not in english by prince. At this point you asked him to use english, for which he did for the rest of the game.

I will again remind you though prince that I did request before that you both use english in games. It is NOT a ban-able offence, but for the sake of other users since you both speak english well I see no reason for you to not use english in games.


Judd and Lotta, please be sure to add constructive helpful comment if replying to reports which do not involve you directly. We do ask that players don't post on complaint threads which they are not involved in.
But if you do feel a need to post, please make it constructive.

Due to the fact that GM is played by people of many nations we cannot place any rule making them speak english only. Whilst it can be annoying when you are in a game with others who are speaking together in another language there is nothing we can do to stop this. It would be wrong to ban users for such, unless of course their chat was a form of teaming.

Now for mods, it is certainly easier for us to have chat in english. But like I say we cannot actively enforce such a rule.
