Due to complications of the system linking another user to hardcode (who was on a ban) this ban was removed yesterday.

However I have made some changes and re-issued the ban on hardcode, this may not completely resolve the problem but for now is the best I can do without it affecting users who by no fault of their own have been tagged to hardcode.
