Jarco bought a black by 500 in the middle of the game from lizzza and was giving me(2012) bad offer over and over again for the last black. I asked him not to give me those kind of offers,but he became more persistant. Please think if 500 is a fair price for the 2nd black in the middle of game?

500 would not be a good trade but it would not be a cheat trade. However offering it over and over can be irritating and is frowned upon.
Jarco this is a warning to not repeatedly send the same offer when it is declined. Further complaints of this will bring your a penalty
