player: marlon123(me),tomrudy,onemore and one more person(forgot his name)
tomrudy opened a blue having 4000+ cahs ,one more had only 500 cash
he gave one more fro 700
therefor one more got a set for 700 and the economy was +200
I don't see why he did this
please take a look into the game

Anyone can open a property at any time it is not cheating. No one is obligated to bid on said property even if they open it. If you dont want someone getting a property for cheap then keep funds to bid. Why should you be able to buy whatever you want then expect others to block your opponent?

i think ur taking about game :435394 played on 9th dec 16 hrs forum time
it was 4p between marlon,feeder,tomrudy & onemore
it was 3rd cyan not blue & start was 85
before buying 3rd cyan onemore had 1 white,2 blacks & 2 reds (1 still open) with less than 900 cash
even if tomrudy open the 3rd cyan & didnt bid enough it was not disadvantage for him as onemore was less in cash with some cards
he may have done this to trade with him later as onemore had no choice but to trade to raise cash
as tomrudy had lot of cash he was in better position to grab onemore assets which he did also to improve his rank by doing the trade
so this was not a cheat move
