As much as I don't agree this trade was great, I do believe it passes the criteria of a acceptable non-punishable trade.

The price was low, but then game was -200 into ec. Sasso looks at the point of trade favourite to win, but NOT 100% for sure.
Lorraine was low on cash, so would need to downgrade soon probably. The trade therefore boosted them to help increase a better end ranking.

Therefore I see the trade as being both beneficial to both players, and advancing both players in achieving a higher ranking, increasing chance for sasso to gain first, and Lorraine ability to come in 3rd rather than 4th or 5th. . Therefore not a cheat trade.
