I would like to apolgise to CYN for over-ruling her decision on marydacat, and not consulting her for a unilateral decision.

This was pretty unthoughtful of me and has put her in bad light. Please all understand that you have a great Mod team here at teh moment and we are all trying to do what we can to keep the decent players IN and the cheaters & abusers out... and obviously difference in opinion comes in as human nature.

i let this one go after the ban was reduced but i seem to have started something
my whole point was
cyn aka addicted3 1: threatened me
2: was very condesending to me
3: accused me of cheating
all of which had no basis
I MUTED HIM
to stop this nonsense
then he bans me 60 days?????
coincidence?
i did not ask for him to be removed or banned
i have very rarely had malice towards any player/mod
i just felt victimised but i am glad there is an appeals process, which worked

thats where the power-trip bit comes in
i remember the bad old days and appreciate moderators
i myself have positions of power but
'with great power (should ) come great responsibility

i did campaign to have trace banned as i thought a decision was unfair
i over-reacted ok, sorry
i was on vigilante justice mode and got banned which irked me

the complaints against me are simple
i get annoyed when people open someones property, usually black, and give them it for much less than they payed for the first one(usually two)
the same persons bids me extremelly high then jumps to get me banned when i do the same
i am only human

i also did not think, still don't, that auctioning properties is cheating
why have the option?
people doing the above paragraph gives others an unfair advantage with no advantage to them?
when people, usually early, hand the game over, i don't see the point in rolling for an hour hoping to win by 20 credits against the perpetrator
so i auction

there will be no more complaints against me
i will simply resign from now on

Well I totally disagree with your comments on CYN, she is a good moderator. I feel her ruling spoke for a number of users who find games with you very unpleasant and would not be upset to see you removed.
Sadly rarely people come to the defense of a moderator, but are very quick to condemn them.

I do however hope that you learn from this ban and change for the better.
