HI all I was thinking, with the number of players seeming to have dropped since the advertising has stopped, Why dont we show Kreso and the mods how much we appreciate GM AND start giving reviews on games websites about GM and therefore getting GM MORE NOTICED, and hopefully increase the number of players to the site. This might benefit both GM AND PLAYERS.

This would be a great effort if this was carried out by regulars, ANd would also show the mods and GM we apprecaite the game.

TO give GM a review just google game review sites
one site I found was gameogre.com

but there are many sites out there.
this is something that takes a few minutes and could potentially bring more players to GM, which will mean more games and not so much waiting at quiter times like at the moment.


I have already submitted GM on gameogre.com and im just waiting for it to be added by the admin staff.

Hard to rate. I'll rate it average, because the players seem friendly, but there are ONLY LIKE 5 PLAYERS ONLINE AT ANY TIME!!! INCLUDING ME!!! This makes finding a game a bit hard, you just have to log in at some point and hope for a free player to appear as well.

One last thing before I give an overall score, the game has a learning curve that is a bit steep if you DON'T READ THE RULES. You MUST READ THE RULES!!! I'm not even joking, this is a good board-game, and it's similar to Monopoly, but don't think that since you've read my review and know the rules in Monopoly you can just rush in and play! I read about half the rules, then jumped in and played. Well, it went rather badly, not knowing half the rules, I got a bad monopoly that wasn't worth it, and the other player ended up with way more money than I did, and they had a couple of extractors as well.

Overall, I give this game a 7/10, because its gameplay is EXCELLENT, but it is a bit let down by its graphics and TINY community.

Well any new players is a bonus.

I have to admit it is almost depressing, and I know Bill certainly has felt this too. In so many ways we are stuck with what we have, even though small changes could make a difference. Such as a very short version of rules to get players started. There is little point in pushing them on the forum as few head this way till they have at least played a few games.

On advertising, I have idea's of ways to advertise in a big way for nothing. But that's the problem, anything that attracted a significant number of new players could stuff up the server resulting in a crash. Therefore that's out. Anything has to be some increases gradually.

Yesterday I spent time trying to add GM to various search engines (I successfully managed about 3). Unfortunately again I hit a brick wall because you need to be the owner to submit them and give contact info.
