Post subject: The have no sets strategy - it works |

All you have to do is the following.
Buy key properties that make sets for others.
ie 1 extractor
1 black
a colour set or two
trade to opinate for more than you paid
you may wish to auction the desired property to get the 20% off
buy other key expensive properties, 1st ones when players cash is low
then sink players for no. 2 or 3 of the set
you then end up with a nice cash balance that carries you through to a better placing than others.
Yes its crazy. Its almost sick actually.
But it works.
The joys of GM. |

It's all in the trading. Without the trading it wouldn't work.
You can take it which ever way you like. But it is a method some use, either by chance, or as a plan.
Is not likely to win you first. But 2nd or 3rd can be possible. 1st only in extreme occasions.
If you look into this more deeply you will see what I'm getting at.
The above strategy only works if players allow it to. |

i have some of my very own strategy very similar to this - which works more often than not , but very frowned upon especially by players who cant see it coming , all comes down to clever trading - get one pink , one green and the rest will take care of itself |
