| Post subject: dr_innocularis and time wasting |

| I played a 5p with myself as ranban282, Lucky_luke, dr_innocularis, hamzapapy and king_t. The match began at around 20:00 GMT on Sept 17. When dr_innocularis was about to lose, he started stalling. I believe he has been reported for this before. |

I've had a check over the chat log for the game, there's nothing there I can say definitively proves stalling. Although this isn't to say he didn't.
I did give the warning in the lobby after the last complaint for stalling. For now I will leave this, but any more reports of deliberate stalling on either of their user names and I will issue a short ban. |

.. the warning given to him by you trace doesnt seem to have made one iota of difference
i think........1st time is an accident........2nd time a coincidence.......3rd time a habit.......
.3 complaints made against him for stalling by 3 different people.........seems like its a habit to me

| I've just done search on the forum for both his user names and the word stalling, I just cannot find the other complaint, although I'm sure it must of been there or I wouldn't of said it was before. Damn, I dunno. I checked previous ban's yesterday. Sorry. |
