Hi friends.
I just returned from holiday and founds that
all my accounts points were reduced to 500!!!
I played only few games in last months and
never have cheat discussions or ban.
I'm candy so what can be happen.

I can only think a problem with old problem of IP overlap
-> my accounts results mixed with other 60 accounts!!

I can't play with 500 points!
Can you restore my accounts please?
I have a history txt of my accounts:

Hi I started new account "Fix7" but after 2 days found 500 points on it.
Why? I find an answer!

I always play nicely.
Sometime make a small error on trade (cash direction).. I'm human.
I don't found any of my accounts name on lasts Reported cheaters forum.

Why I can't play??

I really hate very much bad players but
you can't Kill all good player for 1 bad one.

I see an other friend in my zone that was banned too.
He love return home and play GM but he can't and don't understand that!

I actively work at lasts game version with Kreso, Bill2k06 and others that appreciate my ideas and know my kindly games.

You can't tell me 2 generic line to tell me that system killed me and my friends for some IP mismanage on your banning system.

I protest many times for all 60 accounts that server tie to me.
U can clear sometime, no?

I have only some day for holidays and I can't play.

I want to know what/who cause that.

I'm sorry for all this vent but isn't first time. bye.

as cyn seems unaware of the admin pages, it seems one thing has been oerrlooked, as she may not be aware or know. you can ban comp id's and that is the best way if you want to be more practical.

the account of fix's has a comp id of 0 which means we cannot ban the account, the only way to punish this is to reduce points,

i vow for fix when he says it isnt him , the person who is to blame, as i have spoken, played and spoke with many times, i know fix is a very good player,

i currently dont have time to go back through all the reductions,
please will you list just YOUR accounts for us fix, and i will personally reinstate your points,
i have not had time to speak to cyn about this , but i will do soon,

What does the word 'the account of fix's has a comp id of 0' mean?
Can I do something for my PC ID?

1 other thing.. can u make something for my friend Sasso that get in this problem with me.
Sometime I play at his home and server mesh up all accounts ^_^

Does the ban refer to my account? Because my account is tagged along with sasso. Why does my computer have an account id of 0?

Yes it was connected to the point reductions made on your accounts ranban.

The reason for the comp id is a error in the system.

Strange bug... I understand from Bill's post that it is possible to ban players completely. How was I able to keep logging in? Is it because I use the linux version of GM?
