I was playing epetzschke01 at around 22:30 GMT. He was going to lose on the next turn, so he let the clock wind down by more than 5 min.

I've checked other accounts held by epetzschke01 and to the best of my knowledge do not know of any other complaints about running the clock down for them.

Due to the fact we cannot prove the player did this deliberately, or if they had a comp problem etc etc, unless we get more complaints we cannot do anything.
