Post subject: Most annoying form of DC |
|
|
This is the one that makes my blood boil
I'll be playing GM and Kim will be ironing, sometimes the iron trips out the fuse box.
Laptop stays on and runs off the battery, the TV goes off and most importantly the WIFI router is shut down.
I yell at Kim, she resets the fuse box trip switch, electic comes back on and the routher comes live again.
The laptop reconnects to the net, but I cant get back in the game so I have the pleasure of being timed out
This has happened twice
Has anyone else got a similar form of DC outside the normal circumstances? |

My trip switches normally only do the light circuit when they blow. So I'm not dc'ed just sat in the dark
Think you might need a new iron, coz the trip is meant to go if there is something electrically unsafe with something. Although they can be over sensitive. |

I hate it when I stick my wet finger in the electrical socket and I get disconnected _________________
