As promised here are the site stats I have on website traffic progress for the GM main site which includes the forum site address over the last three months:

up or down here i cant tell it says -44,031 with a green up arrow for 3 month change?-

I expect it to spike up in the nxt few months


Lots of traffic in Sweeden for some reason-


Mostly young college educated males with no children apparently play GM-



I have another web traffic monitoring site with i think better stats, to follow........

hi lotta, maybe since youre from Sweden and you're a heavy GM user it scews the #'s to make it seem there are lots of players from this country...........

Or do you have many of friends from your country who play?

This should help explain these stats better:

Alexa.com "Traffic Rank" is a measure of website's popularity.
"The rank is calculated using a combination of average daily
visitors and pageviews over the past 3 months. The site with
the highest combination of visitors and pageviews is ranked #1".
It's updated daily.


To answer your ?'s what these #'s mean is in Sweden
alone galacticmag.com is the 17,363rd most popular or
heavily used site in the entire country (pretty
impressive comparatively speaking). Furthermore,
in the screen shot 1 above it combines all countries
to give the overall traffic ranking of GM for the entire
WWW. These ranking are only for the GM website and
not the lobby or game itself.

Soon , when I set on my Computer I open GM site , and read and try to transelate every post in.

Can anyone explain why the GM traffic has dropped so heavily over the last year? esp compared to last year..........






Comparing these #'s to April in above the drop is significant.

Is it possible to have more then 29 sites linking in?

i would suggest the reason , is that the advertising has gone off the main website, so in turn the game is not being advertised in google as much and as high anymore,

i cannot go into further detail but im about 90% certain that this is the reason

good news the numbers are going up.....

well at least search % and time on site. traffic is only slightly up. i think if everyone keeps posting a bit more and stays on a bit longer the forum will get more and more popular. ok lets keep er up

wow GM seems to be getting more traffic or new players, well at least lately.... i could tell even w/o the stats






now if just some of the ideas can be implemented .....like the forum design changes things will be really rocking
