when you are on the ''edit profile'' page you will see that it says '' maximum avatar size is 150x150 x 10KB's.

as for the signature, all you have to do , is find a picture you want to use, get the URL and imput the full URL onto your signature, and it will come up

I suggest that people keep the pics in the sig to a respectable size and try to find original ones- no need to copy what others have picked, yes?

When you try to upload an avatar that is bigger than the maximum size, it tells you that the maximum is 100 x 100 pixels.

Yaaahoooo open the google photo search , alla the photo will be less than 10K , & 30% of this photos will be less than 100*100.
Choose the subject you want the photo för ,and take it directly fråm the google site without open it.
