Bill2k06 should most likely be on that list. I mean not only is he head mod now, but he was top of that list for months with like 36k... lol Back then 36k was like god...

Bill should most likely be on that list of pioneers.

well i remember i was the first person to reach 30k when there was only 12 players every night, i also was the first person to reach 40k when there as ony 20 players and i remember te true quality of the players that were around then, when noone played 2p only 4/5p, thse players were the likes of Resman(one of the best 4/5p players i ever played) Milhonario (amazing player) Duda, was the 1st player here that was very good with numbers here, and brought many changes to the game made by kreso,

Yahoo you need to do a lot of homework before making such posts. 3 out of 7 people you have named are no where near being called pioneer. Tamir is someone who is still playing , and is a light hearted kid , sometimes creating troubles. Doshe was banned. And popov, joined too recently to be even called a old player let alone a pioneer.

As for me game will never be same without old players named above plus, few others from that generation.

yikes. Such ruthlessness. Yahoo is pretty new, I wouldn't be so hard on him, its not like there is a written history of GM that everyone could read and study.

I think we should try not to idolize players, rather idolize the game.
