| Post subject: tup timewasting/stalling game |

Played a game with tup from approximately 10:50 AM today eastern time to 11:35 AM and this individual was continuously stalling every roll despite my requests not to. Would let the clock run down, then roll. Repeated this the whole time. Even when bidding would stall as well. Have played on this site for a long time and have never reported anyone on here, but this individual was by far the worst in terms of time wasting that I have ever encountered. I hope that this event will not go unnoticed nor unpunished. It got to the point that I no longer wanted to play, which as a rated game effected my rating, and that is not fair.
