I reckon that there should be no free goes when u roll a double in gm. Once u roll this dice, then it should be the end of ur turn. It would certainly stop people getting easy money at the start and losing big money at the end. What do u think about it?
fort do me a favour and move this topic into feature requests. I am going totally blind lol. ty really appriciate it. _________________

I voted other,
Instead of getting another go, i beleive u should be able to choose whether u go backwards or forwards. the number equal to the roll
if u go back over salary then ur pay is reduced by whats on the clock.
If Salary was negative it gives u the option to collect on a nice little tax rebate |

Question for Legend... if you went backwards and got your "tax rebate" in EC, you'd still have to then go forward and pay the EC.
Would Start go "up 10" if you went over it backwards?
Would you get the 20% interest back?
Way too complicated to go backwards...
And if the person had green upgraded, you'd never go backwards across start unless you owned green. |

Taking away doubles?
That is truly destroying the spirit of a true board game and 'monopoly'
With all the changes suggested in the last few months we rather as well just play in a ‘table format’. Everyone can just enter in data such as the price they would pay for properties and other details. Then let the computer run simulations on a ‘fair’ dice roll. At least we don’t have to play for an hour to make 3k in points. _________________ I am the artist formally known as FINGERBANG! |

i second that
honestly have you ever thought of comparing real board games with whats offered on GM. GM does not try to eliminate luck factors. nowhere it says so. it reduces the luck factor to levels where it can be managed by strategical gameplay. if you spent all your money to buy green and your opponents get all properties cheap by luckily landing on them, or when your opponent manages to build few houses by getting bonuses, its our fault that we disnt manage those luck factors.
IMO biggest luck factors for which we have to take safeguards are,
1.bonus
2.jail
3.landing on 3rd property
apart from them all others are very much controllable by players. |

I had a period where I really started dispising this whole luck factor thing. So I started playing a lot of online chess. And I'm not that much of a chess player and I can tell you: that whole no-luck-at-all factor can be pretty frustrating as well! |
