Hello,
I encountered a game at 10:00 A.M. EDT which I would like you to look at. The game involved:
1. jvmj
2. Baltimore
3. Mooncat
4. Oh_boy3
The properties built were:
1. Yellow. (jvmj)
2. Tan.(jvmj)
3 Light Blue (jvmj)
4. Dark blue (baltimore)
5. Red (mooncat)
6. Purple (oh_boy3)
Money (approx)
Oh_Boy3 1800
Baltimore -1613
It was approximately 60 before recession. Baltimore was losing around 150 everytime he passed start.
I purchased the green set for 1613. Which left me no money to build and prevented Baltimore from having to downgrade and lose before the recession. With all the props built it was risky for me to purchase it in the first place, considering my credit was very low and all the properties that were built.
As a result of this trade jvmj got very upset and auctioned his 2 sets as I was low on money and couldn't purchase it and mooncat had a fair amount of money so he could obtain the 2 sets cheap. jvmj deemed my trade unfair so he attempted to adjust the outcome of the game.
Could you look into this game. It would be much appreciated.
Regards,
Sean |

3 greens are worth 2100 not 1600 were this resulting you winning unfairly. does not matter it was in recession he should of done an auction not an illegal trade.. also I got a death threat of Baltimore if I didn't report it no need. jmvc done a legal auction not like you poor trade so you win. Thankyou for your time mods _________________ hi

So you're telling me that paying 2100 minimum for green is acceptable when:
1. I had 1800.
2. Baltimore was losing 150 per round before the recession as he was -1613 in debt.
Me purchasing green benefited Baltimore since he was no longer in debt and it didn't hinder him since I had no capacity, at the time, to build green.
Considering there were 6 properties built, I got lucky that purchasing green didn't hurt my position in the game as there was a good chance that I wouldn't be able to build it, especially since the recession was very close
Secondly, I had a 70% chance of winning in the first place. Assuming that I could gather enough money to build green, the benefit was that it would secure my win by 100%. I would say let CYN decide, considering the circumstances. I also don't appreciate being called a cheater. |

My definition of a "cheat trade" is when a person deliberately sells properties at extremely low prices in order to change the outcome of the game, due to being upset with another player. This was by no means a cheat trade. The reasons why this was a fair trade (in my opinion) have been stated above.
Although, auctioning 2 sets for 600 to someone who has the ability to build them, means that this individual deliberately tried to impact the position of the game. This in my opinion, is considered cheating. |

You bought the properties below value which is not allowed
Please refrain from this in the future
jvmj please refrain from becoming upset when there is an unfair trade and auctioning props, instead come here and report it and it will be handled _________________ CYN
