Hi

I was playing just now by my other account ( BePositive )
I was playing a 2p game with ( generalsuntzu )

after I controlled the game and he/she was sure that he/she will lose, he/she let me without playing for long time till time's up ( stalling )

Thanks for reporting this. He received a warning for stalling in a recent game here: generalsuntzu - stalling. Hopefully we can get a good ban on him now. He's been banned before.
