wow.....using bad words, insults, trying to humiliate others and on top cheat trades doesnt land him a ban? he repeated the same cheat offer many times during the game. I for myself just stating my unbiased opinion about his little shop and I can if I want review it accordingly.

In addition, i have seen other cases where people get banned with only one of the faux pas and he committed all of them. I expect some kind of ban or else many will take this as a reference and follow this route.

my interpretation is dat as long as members use any bad terms once it is no offence then i am happy and know how to use this grey area. thx anyway and I hope you stick to this ruling for the future. I am happy :)

You wont be happy if you try me on this. Once means once, not once per game or once per day or week and the language use also matters. He asked once "are you dumb" and said eat sh** once, you then threatened giving him a bad review on his/her business website and you two went back and forth. It is time to let this go and not make matters worse for yourself.
If you are found doing this and then it is repeated (even with different terms, different words, different days) you will receive a ban.

dats fine, i ll only throw some terms here and there and stick closely to your ruling. I bet you ll have many complains to come about. If you are consistent in your ruling no one wud be banned for using bad words which I like.

After a warning you receive a ban, and since you are threatening it, this is considered your warning not to do it. So if I receive a complaint you will be banned.

wow, this is also a complaint why doesnt he get banned then heh. i ll only throw some words occasionally plus only send 1-2 cheat offers which is less then what immaculata did. pls be consistent
