see the whole progress of game.judge fair not one-sided.u are responsible for what u judge and do.it is common now in games that everyone who is going to lose or not going to become 1st say that im going to forum and report because they know that u will do what they want.

Perhaps we need some kind of mediator. We could have a Galactic Magnate Lawyer who can gather more information for certain cases. It does seem like some individuals do get away with an awful lot here. If you search through all the topics you'll find that from time and time again that player asada/ffive always seems to escape any kind of punishment. I think it has to do with time passing and it is then forgotten about his past. If we had an appointed Lawyer here that person could then dig up old information and compile in a file to be presented for CYN before passing his judgement. That is kind of how an actual court would work. You wouldn't just go directly to a judge.

I also think intent should be part of the judgment equation. Intent and motive are important factors in real life court.

Ok well this is not a court, it is a free computer game , the mods are the mediators and with the lack of players and the other mods disappearing for the moment you are stuck with me. Kreso is aware of the situation and doesnt see a problem with it unless it gets busier, then i will look for more that are interested in being a mod. As for the person you are speaking about, all of his past actions have been taken into account and he was given a private warning regarding it all.

Its look like to me that she or he has some personal problem with me. She/he really badly wants me to stop me to play this game or get a ban. She/he is writing abt me all over the forum,even those places where no one worte anth abt me or even there where he has nothing to do with me-
