Gloating and laughing at someone losing is narcissistic behavior.
Maybe he is not a full blown narcissist but surely does have behaviors that are narcissistic in nature. This is very poor sportsmanship and will influence others in a negative way.

Should we tolerate narcissism in our community to spread like an infection, As it is a disease and will not improve without treatment.

This small person will only get smaller with each instance making it more and more probable with each episode to become habitual.

Narcissism is a disease, It's not your fault but get help before it's too late.
