Players: Me, Kitboy, Umairs, NVT, and Hockeyman

From the beginning Kit and Umairs are chatting about how to block other players. At +240 with umairs having one green kit opens second green and gives it to umairs for 730. I believe Kit opened the last as well at a time when only umairs had cash to bid more than 1k. Later after Umairs has the game won from getting the greens i tried to explain how this was bad play and the two of them were happy to tell the rest of the players how we were just jealous because we couldnt win and other abuse. Can i get a mods opinion on this one?

Opening a property is not cheating, if he got a green for 730 then no one else even bid against him...however these two will be watched for teaming

So if you feel you have lost the game, it is okay to open props that someone else, possibly a friend of yours, could use to win, or possibly just to spite another player, even though there is no benefit for you in doing so?

No but you originally got upset that he opened the second green at like 230 at start, how is that opening a prop when you know youre losing? And the other was owned before ec so you are speculating that he was losing. Everyone has their own strategy and it is hard to prove teaming unless it is blatant, opening a property when someone else owns one is not considered teaming.
i said i would watch these two for teaming, it is the best i can do right now because there wasnt any evidence of it in the game i reviewed
