ok GM has went through a slow spell, but ive noticed new players in the lobby and a few of them breaking the 10k mark for the 1st time. GM isnt dying, it just needs a shot of steroids! It's good to see the long time players in games and its also nice to see some fresh blood coming into the game. i dont think the problem is lack of interest but lack of advertising, getting the game to people that like this kind of thing, lol.
once they do play, then getting on the forum is the next step. there isnt as much discussion from the longer term players because weve seen quite a bit, and most subjects have been covered in one post or another. Even if an old subject needs to be rehashed, the forum is still open to debates, ideas and games, and occasionaly some drama in one form or another.

It's alive, but it is certainly not well. It's on life-support to be optimistic. Unless we can get dedicated, knowledgeable, programmers on the "Open Sourcing GM" google page, it will die. Changes NEED to be made soon.
