Player just_a_spliff was refusing to trade, calling trades 'stupid' with out counter-proposal.

just_a_spliff didn't send a lot of trade offers, however he had possible alternative options other than to trade with you. He finished the game in 3rd, where as you finished in 4th. So by not trading with you on this occasion he did in fact advance his position.

What I will say is that I am not at all happy about the number of times just_a_spliff threatens others in game with reports, reports of which never materialize on the forum. It is not fair to constantly threaten people in games, if there is real reason to report then do so, but do not threaten! If this continues he will be given a ban.
