I played doboy13 twice yesterday, when he had no chance left to win he just quit the games. Now I was on a trace account at the time so I don't know if maybe that had anything to do with it.
I have checked back over 7 days chat for any other recent signs of stalling by doboy13 (other than your game k9) and I haven't found anything.

I do think it is a bit odd because he also was reported before by another player for stalling, but for now I think there's just not enough proof that it is habitual. So this time I won't be applying a ban (least not just yet), however I do feel it is something we should keep an eye on.

Nock, it is best to not post on complaint threads where you were either not in the game or are not giving extra details regarding the actual complaint, such as posting about something you didn't previously report about that player if it is relevant to the thread etc that kind of thing. Your new to the forums so were not to know this time.

i just played a 2p with doboy13 and he didnt started for the first 120 seconds and suddenly when the clock went into negative..he started playing..

its kinda frustrating at times..nothing else
