Well I for one am back, it was a really nice break.
I am ready to return. While there are still some here who feel we do not need mods, many understand and agree why it is necessary.
Did maybe things get out of hand from time to time? Yep.
Are all of our rulings right? Yes actually they are to the best of our efforts in making GM fair.
Will everyone ever be happy with all rulings? NOPE..we are human and everyone has their own way of perceiving a situation and their own way of deciphering it and their own opinion.
I truly believe the break did us all some good and look forward to a more enjoyable time on GM.
Will we still ban abusers, cheaters, etc...YEP
But hopefully with the break the "iron fist" some think we have will lighten and we wont have to spend every minute on GM chasing down people or problems.
I personally will ban anyone who cheats, uses abusive language towards another, ANY racism, scrolls in lobby, ruins a game because they are losing...and anything i feel makes the other players time on here ruined or their enjoyment of the game hurt by someone doing something wrong, unsportsmanlike, abusive etc.
Lets just all play the game (fairly and friendly yet strategically) and ENJOY
