I accidentally put the money on the wrong side for a trade, and gave a guy whites + money for a useless property, and it basically put me from 2nd place to 4th, and him from 4th to 1st (way ahead of everyone else)

everyone said we should trade back (as it pretty much ruined the game), and I tried to trade back, but the other guy refused.

is that cheating? Should he be banned?
