trade was between trader1 and smone 1 white nt making a set fr 3rd orange and 2nd red ,also the one with 3 whites doesnt hv fund to buy the 4th one

trader1 had the funds to build orange to approx 4 upgrades
The trade also gave trader his 2nd red - 3rd unknowned

montanaman only had yellow 4 upgrades.
The white had limited use for him, whilst 90 a hit is better than nothing, at this stage this was all the white was good for.

However trader1 was in no position to make use of the red, and it would be highly doubtful he would ever gain funds to both own all 3 and build.

Therefore I am ruling this as borderline with 25% reductions
