I (movierain) just finished a 5 player game about 30 min ago so sometime before 3:00pm pst

thifael47 was going to be forth but instead of quitting or rolling until he loses he timed out. He did it in a previous game but at that time I gave him the benefit of the doubt. But now it is clear when thifael47 is going to lose he has a tendency to be a sore loser and time out for spite.

Maybe he should get a warning? Or are the mods already aware of this behavior? Thank you for your time.

He was issued a warning not so long ago.

I have to take this to 2nd warning, however if you can recall who was in the previous game and have one of them post to verify he did that in that game also I can take it to a ban.

Ok I've just found on his last game which was not the game you played, it would appear he did the exact same thing. The chat log shows people counting down the time left before he times out, and it matches up exactly with the time he left the game in 4th place (guy in 5th left some 30 mins previous).
Game number for records was 507832 2011/02/19.

This means therefore I can confidently take this to a ban now for stalling.
