The trade was uneven and did not benefit Linda even close to how it benefitted thaximus giving them the 2 green when he had the 3rd, both have been playing long enough to know this therefore both players reduced 50% and since this is not lindaa's first offense and she was playing on such a low account it will also include a five day ban. Not sure about Thaximus, will leave the ban decision up to trace.

I can't find any previous point reductions on thaximus (recent at least), also the trade offer was sent by linda to him, so no ban for thaximus.

Just looking over the trade and the way the game progressed after the trade right now.

Lindaa did gain a lot of property from the trade, by 100 start green is still only built to level 2 (and shortly after 3 placing thax in minus) yet linda now has cash of 5800!
Due to buying the black and white pink and cyan and conducting further trades, whilst already owning yellow at the point of trade.
Thaximus had 1200 cash at time of trade, so he couldn't of traded for higher cash here at that time.

So I'm thinking maybe borderline rather than full cheat.

Due to Trace's full review of game, point reduction by me reversed and ban lifted, if Trace feels there should be any reduction of points she will place it.

Ok with fresh eyes I have re-evaluated the trade, with a view to what other options both traders had for the future of the game prior to trade, and after the trade.

Lindaa owning 2 yellow (full) and 2 green with -27 cash

Due to there been no property sets 100% open to buy on the board, lindaa could only progress further in the game through trade.
With start being 175, 3 black owned by whitminn and orange full, with just yellow for income I cannot see Lindaa feasibly having the cash to purchase the final green from thaximus for a very long time, if at all.

Thaximus, owning 1 cyan, 1 pink, 1 green, 1 white, 1 black....with 1200 cash. I can only see him being able to progress further through trade of the black or the white, or both.
Now looking at the offers he was making to sell the white and black, I think he may have found sale at his values tricky, as he was asking for a lot for these.

Had he of sold white and black, this would of given him cash to perhaps buy the green from lindaa and give her either the 1 pink or 1 cyan or both.

Now for thaximus to of sold the white and black first would of been ideal. However, I also feel that the other two players who required the 3rd white, and 4th black may have been wary to sell with the green sat there waiting to trade. There was an offer just before the actual trade to buy the 1 white for 1500. So the white he certainly could of sold.

The actual trade made placed thaximus with no property but green and 200 cash, with start 175. The board had yellow, orange and 3 black for outgoings.
I can see the green therefore only being built based on bonus hits.

Lindaa who took the 1 white, 1 black, 1 cyan, 1 pink, and 1200 cash now had properties to trade on, and a increase of cash funds.
At 165 start she managed to sell on the 1 white for 1300. At 155 start she was able to sell on the 4th black for 1300.

This therefore amounted to 1200+1300+1200 = 3700
Plus 1 cyan and 1 pink.

The trade is without question shaky on grounds of the possibility of not successfully reselling the white and black. But as we can see, they were extremely easy for her to resell very quickly.

Therefore I will issue this one as just a warning on future trading.

The actual game end placings were Lindaa 1st and Thaximus 3rd.
