[Complaint]

Please add your experiences of moderators who have meted out punishments without good reason or who, when it's been questioned, have responded merely with a dismissive sneer.

If the moderators continue to act out of personal spite or because they're incapable of enjoying others' sense of humour it does not bode well for the game. If they have a function it's not to feed their own egos but to prevent the sort of behaviour of which they're guilty, and we need a some way of supervising them and removing them when necessary.

I may have posted the 30 day ban on you before, but it wasn't me who banned you it was CYN, but she did not post so on the forum. I therefore posted the reasoning on her behalf.

I do not appreciate you coming here to try and envoke trouble for me when you have no grounds to do so.

I suffered for weeks with your little vindictive remarks and comments toward me, I even asked other mods not to step in and to see if you would change. You did not.

CYN then decided you required a ban. I then posted the details of which.

You then return and in a game accuse an innocent player of being me. Now you may have an issue with me, but that gives you no right to start on players just because you some how believe they are me.

I banned you 10 days, simply to cover however long it takes CYN to return to make her own judgement. But no you come here to cause trouble. Do you think this will go well for you? I think not.

Please though, I am not stopping this thread, so go ahead and have a party with it if you feel you must.

Tell us what Bezma's been doing. Has he been banning people without necessary reason or making vapid retorts when it's been questioned?

We've got to put a stop to this sort of thing.

Mr. Franz . I will tell you what iam doing . First of all I dont ban people without reason and in last year or so I banned maby 3-4 players and all in cooperation with other mods and with good reason . I didnt ban you ( jet ) but if your going to atack moderators especially Trace who is giving her best for all of you , you will be gone from here for ever . I banned people who come here , and make trouble from start , ( bad language , bad chat with other players and so , ) . We are trying to make this place nice and clean so nice and decency people can play and enjoy this game . Thats moderator job . Administrator job is a way much difficult and thats what trace is doing alone in last few months . If you dont like our job here , you'r free to go from here . I doubt you will find a place which fit to your behave and manners .

HI Franz the fact that you start this thread with vindictive moderators is enough but the fact that you go on to suggest that mods here enjoy banning ppl for no reason is toal and utter dribblw!

I can assure you and ALL PLAYERS ON GM , that mods do not in any way shape or form get a kick out of banning people!! mods don have enough to do with thier time , with out wasting it on banning people for fun.

I can also tell you that any ban posted or issued by any mod , always gets verified by another mod to ensure it is needed!

Mr brabbs the same to you to Bez does not ban for no reason! and We as a team will not tolerate this sort of accusation towards a mod.

NOTE TO ALL PLAYERS.... IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A MOD PLEASE PM ANY OTHER MOD AND IT WILL BE LOOKED INTO.

at the same time any player trying to personally attack a mod in this section1 or any other section will be dealt with in thebest way that the MOD TEAM decides!

I would on the other hand like to say that all players and forum users are free to debate anything you wish to in the SAUNA on the forum ! this is a dedicated area for HEATED debates. at the same time I would like to remind mods that the sauna is there for this exact reason and at no point, un less it is actually breakin the forum rules should not any discussion be stopped in this section by a mod!

ANY FURTHER ATTACKS ON MODS IN THIS COMPLAINTS SECTION BY ANY PLAYER WILL INCUR A TEMPORARY BAN PLACED BY ME UNTIL CYN RETURNS TO DEAL WITH THE PLAYER AND OR ISSUE!

ANY attacks on MODS will be an immediate ban. Mods to not come here to ban people, we would love to never have to ban, however actions of the few that find it necessary to bypass the rules or become abusive will be banned.
GM is for fun and enjoyment to all and must be moderated to stop any abuse. If you find you cannot refrain from being abusive or do not like our rules, please feel free to move on to another game site as it will not be tolerated here.

I had a nasty experience with Cyndi in July-Aug 2009, which nearly led to my quitting, and all players who use Linux had their points reduced to 500.

i will vouch for all the mods as a former mod myself. they all really care about keeping the game clean and fun for everyone involved. if there is no system of rule, then the game would be a wreck.

however, we cannot expect perfection in every action from them. they are not paid, they do not get good rep or respect, and they are hated on constantly. i am amazed at mods like trace and cyndi who have done so well for so long, keeping an even keel with everything that has happened.
