Cheeky send me offer to give me 3rd blue fr 3000 which I felt too much but he kept on sending same offer again and again even after asking to stop
Then he started sending 2000 fr blue offers even iafter me saying I won't trade and stop sending those offers

It was Cardoso sending the offers. It started with 3000 for last d blue, then went to 2000. Although I do feel both these prices were over the top, especially as game had gone to 3p by this point.

You did ask him to stop, and you said you would report if he continued, which he did.

However he only made 1 more identical offer after this, seconds later.

But he later was offering yellow for d blue. This would not of been a very useful trade to you at this time. He again did not send this the once but twice exactly the same.

I'm going to issue a short 3 day ban here, mostly to encourage the user to wonder why he/she is banned and to come here to find out.
Trade flooding, of identical offers again and again when asked to stop is unfair on others.
