Post subject: how does GM decide points after a disconnect |
|
|
i was in a 3 player game that went dc at about 7:50am gmt(1:50am central)
the clock counted down and went to black screen, my question is does it count as a loss for evry1 playing and does every1 lose points regardless of how well they were doing? its not the loss, i just wish i could have played it out. |

it happens every once in a while
points are awarded & lost based on the position you came out of the game
so sometimes you can be lucky
or
unfortunate
I knew a guy who was awesome at 2 player but he had the worst connection ever, he won a significant amount of the games where he didnt get disconnected _________________ Ex-Moderator

If just one player dc's then they lose whatever they would usually for coming out in that position.
If its the server which disconnects then in theory no player is meant to win or lose. In practice it doesn't always work that way.
I don't know for sure how it works it out when its actually GM itself which screws up.
If you let me know which user name you were on and at least 1 other player or part of that players name I might be able to find out which order it came out as. |

i was molecule 7, but i cannot remember other players names, sorry, thanks anyway. ive seen it happen to others, in fact recently a player that should of won dc and came last. LOL maybe we all could chip in a small membership fee to get a better server. PS-free 30 day trial for new members or something like that. |
