game just finished 0925hrs mountain time, hoskindan14 started to stall because i refused to quit the game. yes he had tons of property but with a few lucky rolls there was a small chance i could win! from his chat logs it looked like he was stalling out of contempt, because i wouldn't quit. please review and thank u for ur time.

Warning to not stall game. Players have a right to finish a game even if you think they should quit cuz you won.
