i am not liking the trade between hotelritz and insert2, i have to look into it further and make a decision

Ok after further review and a thank you to Trace who also reviewed and came to same conclusion, Insert will received 50% reduction and HotelR will receive a 25% reduction. The trade was not beneficial to both sides as one purchased useless properties and gave the other the green set
