And about log on . I get that message when iam not connected to internet . So , I think that your connection to internet is not good .

heey zeljko, it was along time bcz this is the last year i will be in school trhis year if vry important for me after 4 mnths ill be in uni. anyway

i try to change where to put the folder during the install but still the same my net is vry gd and fast so i dnt think the prob my network
i have windows 7 :S
i still cant install gm
is thr anything i can do to be bk again ?

I'm on xp still. It is crossing my mind if the problem might be windows 7 related. Need to ask if anyone else using windows 7 has had any issues trying to run GM.

If not then back to the drawing board.

The error message wala has been getting when trying to install GM is "error 5c access is denied".

I have tried searching the net for answers, but so far can't figure the problem out. I will keep trying wala.

In the meantime if any users have any idea's please do post.

Oh no.... I'm about to get a new Windows 7 laptop... If GM doesn't work on it, I don't know what I'll do!

The best solution is .... if you still wont to be on GM ...... to reinstal the good old xp windows or vista . Iam on vista and there is no problem for GM . I dont know about windows 7 .

IF windows 7 is the reason, I do know that xp programs etc can be run on windows 7 using a program to make it compatible.

my machine runs on windoows 7 and i have had no trouble with GM on it.

if anything i'd say it runns better and fewer dc's

i'd recomend you get it if its an option, as it generally runs faster and smoother than past versions of windows
