4p game, socialstealth, black_spider, wallace5000, myself.
Started around 8:50-9:00 pm eastern standard time and ended about 9:55 pm eastern standard time on March 19 eastern U.S. With start at still +150 wallace opened last green for socialstealth and gave to him for 1000. I only had 2000 cash and needed to save for my properties. Wallace had about 4000 in cash and refused to bid. He was mad that I wouldn't trade with him earlier. After recession, stealth then opened Wallace's last yellow and gave to him for 930. Then I opened my last blue and stealth drove the price up and bought it for over 1300. Then at -515 recession, stealth gave wallace 700 for the last white that he obviously didn't need and was trying to help wallace finish in 2nd place. It made the game very unenjoyable with them teaming up like that. Please look into this. Thank you.

It even made spider sell back his builds and quit the game it was so obvious that they were teaming.

The opening of properties cannot be considered a cheat as anyone is free to open a prop at anytime. However the selling of the white for such a small amount did not benefit both players evenly therefore a 25% reduction to both as to not team to make another lose instead of someone else
