game played 10:30 UK time .
2pl game player bibov and me as bez7
When he was going to lose the game he stall the game . i wait 280 sec on game clock , and when I come on lobby , he was there . So i presume he disconect in game and than make a new conection to play another game .
I know that we dont have a good punishment for stalling but its so iritating and so unfair .

Reported stalling gets noted and if repeated gets penalized
