Tu hablo ingles no bien.
Are you trying to say you were disconnected and shouldn't have been due to enough time on clock? Or that your friend was disconnected and you lost somehow by mistake? |

Your welcome.
It is probably a time conflict. Did you know the game clock runs along with the disconnection clock? If you receive a disconnection, both clocks run in sync with each other. If the game clock is higher than the d/c clock, you still lose the game if the d/c clock runs out, regardless of game time. This is an unfortunate circumstance that happens to many of us. Hope this helps. |

Hmm, that is very strange. Do you know the order of the players in that game? Such as who went first? If you were the first to roll, when the d/c started, it would continue the clock for only you. When it is another player's turn, all other player's clocks freeze. Only the active player's clock times down.
However, this is an estimate as I'm not fully sure on the situation. A moderator can check on your condidtion if you request. |

I'm guessing that maybe you disconnected briefly during an auction. For some unknown reason auction dc timer is less. So it basically can boot you out the game even if there is time left on the dc clock because it was in an auction.
Unfortunately we do not give players points back if they lose due to connection issues, be they the players net or the server itself. We have no way to find out if someone lost through a dc, pc problem, net connection or server issue or simply quit. This is why we cannot issue points back. Sorry. |
