Sim . You know that I report once in the whole year . I would not report this if it was not obviously stalling the game . My oponent start with stall on +290 on the clock ....on about +170 he was writing noncence in chat log than stop again ...than again writing noncence at about +80 ...and than again . He went out from the game at...i think +10 ... I didnt report him-she for purpose you ban the player . I only report this becouse we all are reporting this kind of players becouse they , after several time they stall in the game , after two or three warnings , will and must be baned . Thats all . bez , u misunderstood sims here , sim does warn him , if another report arises on the same player - he will be banned. thanks for reporting
