I have just played a game with Raregames_de and game was stalled for over 3 to nearly 4 mins. I was advised that he had to eat....with no apology provided and then advised afterwards that he had connection problems.

unfortunately , there is no way the system shows if the player stalls by purpose or he had a dc , but if we have another complain for stalling on the same player action will be taken
