no1 is allowed to ruin others game deliberately just because if he/she dont like that person
in ur case if u dont like rawyal just dont play with him but if ur in game with him u have to play fair game & if u do repeat such thing u may get a longer ban in future
ruining others game for any reason deliberately will not be tolerated
