The red trade at -200 start for 200. Based on the cash and property of all players, this trade seems illogical and quite pointless. But I don't think it would of made any affect to the game, as there was still a unowned red. Feeder had too little cash to do anything even if he got the 3rd.

So that trade I will let pass, as it was sold for mortgage value (with -200 start) and was not a useful property for either.
