Green were built to level 3, to gain an extrator would mean losing green income (would give him/her 3 extractors only).
Randolf had plenty of cash to upgrade green.

You can call it whatever you think, but it was not a cheat trade in my opinion. There is something entirely wrong in your assessment.

Green was not upgraded at all at the time of the trade. In your statement you said it was built to level three. Check again it was not. I was getting 0 income from green and couldn't upgrade it.

I was down to <200 in cash with start at -150. I couldn't afford to upgrade green and my income was only 70 with the two extractors. Randolf offered a third extractor in exchange for the green set. I couldn't upgrade green, but I could possibly improve my position from 4th to 3rd with the third white as it was close between me and 3rd at the time. That is the truth on the trade.

I am new here and just started playing this month. It is your house and you will call it however you see fit, but your statement that green was upgraded before the trade was false, I never upgraded before the trade. If it was upgraded, then I agree it would have been suspicious but I like to win so I wouldn't have traded.

Without the upgrades and no hope of getting any, I was making a last ditch effort to salvage points and finish in third place as I was behind all other players in cash and or income potential.

Not trying to get in an argument, just wanted to point out the facts. If you think it is still a cheat after learning that green wasn't upgraded at any time before the trade so be it, that is why you get paid the big bucks I guess.

You are absolutely right, green wasn't upgraded. Sorry, I think I must of mistaken the players 3 (which was you) for the upgrades. I'm really sorry.

Thank you for saying though, because this is a mistake on my part.

You did get a chance of possibly getting 3rd rather than 4th from that trade, with no upgrades on the green.

I can't say its a good trade, as the other player had plenty of cash to build, you maybe could of tried to get more. But as you did get some chance of increasing your ranking, and there was benefit the point reductions will be refunded.
