ok this one's a bit complicated. I also checked the chat log.

After the trade was accepted, malikkk sent the trade back reversed. XX_XX didn't accept the reverse.

malikkk says he thought the cash was the other way round. Which is fair enough, mistakes happen. So I have looked at the trade from both angles, the cash as the trade was, or if there was a mistake and cash going wrong way.

The accepted trade seems quite illogical to give green for red and give the person who your giving green to cash also (1000 making plenty to get building green). But technically the trade was beneficial to both (both gained property), just some what illogical.
Now if I turn the trade round, so the cash is going other way, again this trade seems odd to me, as this is leaving owner of green with 900 cash, when other player can instantly build red right up (the board is quite active with pink/yellow/3 black/orange - start 95). Is it ok, well again technically could still be beneficial, but certainly very very risky when you have get round orange/black/red/pink/yellow with only extractors for income.

So my conclusion is either way around there is a problem with the trade not making a lot of sense for both players.
Malikkk did attempt to send the trade back, after it was raised in the chat that the trade was bad.

But as either way round it doesn't make for a GOOD trade, when I bare in mind players cash and property set status.

Neither player is a low point player (both over 20k) which begs the questions of why? either way round is the trade really quite strange.

So I'm going to make a judgement call based on all evidence and rule this as borderline trade with 25% reductions both players. Trades do not have to be equal, but both should gain sufficient for the trade to be mutually beneficial and expected to advance both.

i am sorry i didnt mention it earlier , but malikkk quit the game, though after a while ( after i made the post) , he quit nevertheless as Xx_XX wont reverse the trade. and i mentioned in chat logs that i have reported both of em
